The main purpose of these villas is to provide space and family comfort. They feature a cozy home atmosphere and are designed to provide maximum comfort for a family holiday. The maximum possible accommodation is for 4 adults and 1 child on a sofa, which is placed in the living room.

• In the spacious living room there is a dining place for 4 people and a fireplace, and coffee machine, which creates a unique feeling of coziness during the cold winter days.
• One of the bedrooms has a mountain view and offers a large bed for two, 2 bedside tables, and a wardrobe with a built-in safe. Baby cot is provided free of charge upon request.
• The second bedroom overlooks the courtyard of the complex. It offers a double bed for two or 2 single beds, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe with a built-in safe.
• The spacious living room has a fireplace, a kitchenette, and a dining area. The facilities are complemented by LCD TVs, cable TV, a safe, kitchen equipment with a full set of cutlery (plates, cups, etc.), a kettle, minibar. Microwave is available upon request.
• Тhis type of Villa has a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and a toilet, and a separate extra toilet.
• Each villa features a ski stand, a ski boot dryer, and air conditioning. All apartments have permanent wireless Internet access.
• In front of each villa, next to the entrance door there is a car-covered area.
• Pets are allowed in Comfort Villa with an extra payment of 40 BGN per day for all pets up to 10 kg.(bigger pets are not admited). Guests must inform  the hotel in advance, during the reservation process that they will be with a pet.
