The luxurious villa is built on 2 floors and has a total area of 130 m2 and is for a maximum of 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children).
- On the first floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, sofa, coffee table, kitchen, and dining room for 4 adults and one or two children. Thanks to the large windows there is always a generous amount of daylight in the living room, which opens onto the spacious terrace.
- The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary for your household: dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, mini-bar. Only in Villa Family Lux, guests can enjoy cooking in an oven, using a ceramic hob and washing machine. Microwave is available free of charge.
- On the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
- On the second floor there are two bedrooms, and one more bathroom with shower cabin as well as a balcony with panoramic view to Pirin Mountains.
- All the bathrooms are completed with a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.
- Each villa has a ski stand and a ski boot dryer.
- Air conditioning is done using an air-to-air heat pump, which allows our guests to set the most suitable temperature both in winter and in summer.
- Electronic access control system is available in the house and also covered parking space for two cars. All apartments have permanent wireless Internet access and Cable TV.
- Pets are not allowed.
